Stefan has been involved in countless regular and spontaneous tasks and operations across the globe in an array of sea and land based locations in both hostile and non-hostile environments with varying threat levels present
CHRIS R – Lead Instructor (Close Protection)
Chris is a very experienced and accomplished security professional, possessing a lengthy and proven background in the provision of crisis management, security auditing, vulnerability analysis, risk and threat assessment and the production of robust security plans. Successfully coordinated the provision of security to a wide range of individuals including senior British diplomats, dignitaries, heads of state and MPs amongst others.
13 years decorated exemplary British military service. 22 years experience within in close protection industry up to senior diplomatic and head of state level across the world in a variety of hostile and non-hostile theatres. Also provided consultancy and emergency response planning for non government organisations and extremely high net worth business men and women. Sean is an accomplished security and intelligence professional with practical experience forged over twenty-five demanding years as a Royal Marines Commando and eight years within the commercial security and training sectors. Versatile and highly motivated, with an in-depth understanding of unique risks involved in leading and operating within multi-skilled teams, in extreme hostile environments.
With proven managerial, communication, and intructional skills, Sean can deliver executive decisions remaining within but not restricted by, legislation and procedural parameters. As a highly effective trainer, communicator and trusted leader, he has vast experience in managing physical and technical resources, able to motivate, inspire and excel within the security sector.
Paul
Paul is an experienced, accomplished and highly reliable operational security professional with a proven track record of achieving objectives within complex and often multi-cultural areas across the globe. A former Royal Marines Commando with 28 years service, reaching the rank of Warrant Officer, Paul has amassed a wealth of experience and skills often operating in high-risk, complex environments globally for a variety of high-net-worth clients, Royal families and commercial organisations. Paul is a flexible and highly experienced close protection, surveillance, intelligence and counter terrorism professional with decades of training and development experience demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication skills and also accustomed to facilitating risk analysis and business resilience development and directing and managing security operations and training programs for a number of institutions and organisations.
Darren – Lead Instructor (Intelligence)
Darren is a retired Police Inspector from Northumbria Police with a wealth of experience in major public order situations including the planning and delivery of high risk football matches, political marches, protests and demonstrations as well as vast experience in major crime investigations, tackling organised crime groups and the delivery of Intelligence led Policing in a major city.
Gavin
Gavin served in Staffordshire Police and enjoyed a variety of roles over 30 years service. Specialised in firearms and Nationally qualified as a Firearms Instructor and in Close Protection , Hostage Rescue and Rifle deployment. Was the lead TASER trainer for the Force, undertook mobile armed surveillance operations and as a firearms tactics adviser, provided advice on the resolution of firearms incidents based on available intelligence.
He has provided Close protection on numerous Royal visits and involved with the planning and provision of Close protection on a G8 conference and the Northern Ireland peace talks held in Staffordshire in 2001.
In the latter part of his service, he moved to Air Operations, where he was qualified as a Tactical Flight Training Officer and also a Crew Resource Management Instructor.

Chris served in the British military and Special Branch for over thirty years where he accomplished himself in the field of HUMINT exploitation. His capabilities have been tested in Cold War Germany, Northern Ireland, Bosnia and the Middle East. Chris also spent time with a specialist covert military entity following which he instructed at the Royal Military Police Training Centre. On leaving SB, Chris contracted for the US DoD alongside the USMC and Tier 1 Special Forces as an HUMINT consultant. He then went onto assist with intelligence training in Afghanistan in support of British, Australian and Polish SF as part of the Special Operations Advisory Group.
Neil – Lead Instructor (Medical)
Neil has worked within the training and security management sector for over 20 years. Neil is a Technical member of IOSH and works as a Health and Safety consultant on a freelance basis. Neil also specialises in safety in the workplace and has delivered Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) and Physical Intervention training for 18 years. Neil also delivers accredited health and safety and first aid training.
Amy
Amy is a passionate and engaging trainer with extensive knowledge within specialist education. Amy has gained an excellent reputation as lead trainer for a number of large care providers, and is also on the Safeguarding board for both Newcastle and North Tyneside local authorities. Amy delivers accredited training in first aid and is an experienced assessor and IQA.
